It lets you send messages to bizhub MFPs, where they will pop up on the screen for everyone to see. Whether important corporate announcements or simply some fun messages – The Announcements service offer another way of engaging with employees!

How to get started

Simply follow these steps:

Select the Announcements service to create your message
Drag-and-drop allows you to send them to the desired multifunction systems
Your message can easily be seen on the displays

Specifications

The announcement is only visible on the MFP panel as long as Workplace Pure is active.
